This page explains what personal data the Schillist website collects, why, and the rights you have over it under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD).

// What we collect

The only personal data this site collects is your email address, and only if you voluntarily submit it through one of the "ENTER EMAIL" subscribe forms. We do not use tracking cookies, analytics scripts, or third-party advertising pixels, and we do not collect your name, location, or device information beyond what your browser sends automatically to any website.

// Why we collect it

Your email is used exclusively to send you updates about Schillist's upcoming sets, shows and releases. The legal basis for this processing is your consent (LGPD, Art. 7, I), given at the moment you submit the subscribe form.

// How long we keep it

We keep your email on file until you ask us to remove it, or until you unsubscribe. We don't sell, rent, or share your email with third parties for marketing purposes.

As a data subject, you have the right to:

• Confirm whether we process your data;
• Access the data we hold about you;
• Correct incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
• Request anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary or excessive data;
• Request portability of your data to another provider;
• Request deletion of data processed with your consent;
• Be informed about entities we may have shared your data with (we currently share with none);
• Revoke your consent at any time.

To access, correct, or delete your data, or to unsubscribe, contact us using the details on the Booking page — email laura@lssr.com.br and mention "privacy request" in the subject line. We'll respond and act on it within a reasonable timeframe.
